For everyone's health and safety, a number of measures are in place including enhanced safety and sanitizing protocols, masking recommendations, and preliminary screenings. Patients are advised to come no more than 5 min prior to their scheduled appointment time. Please complete the COVID19 pre-screening survey sent to you via email about 2 hours prior to your appointment.

For those patients who feel more comfortable, I also offer telemedicine (video or phone) appointments. Please ensure to choose the correct appointment type (e.g. Return Visit or Telemedicine Return Visit) when booking in addition to detailing the type of appointment (video or phone) in the "Reason for Visit" section of your appointment booking.
